house of cards

So recently I discovered House of Cards.  I have been hearing the buzz surrounding this show and decided to give it a try. WOW. The plot line and structure of the show is genius. I also like the authenticity of the show. It's a political drama, but they even go as far as to use real news channels and anchors for many parts of the show, such as Candy Crowley from CNN. The show is about Francis Underwood(Kevin Spacey), a democratic congressman from South Carolina who was gearing to be Secretary of State under the new President. The President pulls a fast one on him and decides not to make him Secretary of State as they agreed. So then Frank and his wife, Claire (Robin Wright), use deception and manipulation to work his way up the political ladder. I don't really watch Netflix like I used to, but returned because of this show. I'll renew my Netflix subscription when Season 3 comes back haha.
